Binance has confirmed that the first phase of cryptocurrency withdrawals is underway, with Bitcoin market price and chart network withdrawals the first to reopen after the exchange’s major security incident. The update came from the exchange’s verified official Chinese-language Binance account on November 1, moving the recovery story beyond the earlier timetable for resuming services.

The exchange had previously announced a phased restart between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC on November 1. In its fourth recovery bulletin, Binance said access would return gradually as each blockchain passed security and stability checks, rather than every listed token becoming available simultaneously.

Bitcoin leads the withdrawal rollout

Binance identified 15 networks in its first phase, including Bitcoin, Ethereum market price and chart, BNB market price and chart Smart Chain, Tron, Solana market price and chart, XRP Ledger, Dogecoin, Polygon, Avalanche C-Chain, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Sui, Zcash and TON. Supported assets vary by network. The announcement listed several stablecoin routes, including USDT and USDC on selected chains, but availability depends on the specific network-asset pair.

The latest account update explicitly confirms that phase-one services started and that Bitcoin led the reopening. It does not, by itself, establish that every listed network was processing withdrawals without interruption at the same moment. Binance directed users to check the withdrawal interface and network status page before submitting transactions.

Recovery and customer protections

In the same recovery update, Binance said it had replenished roughly 95% of affected assets using company resources. It also stated that balances in ten major assets, including BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC and XRP, were fully backed. Those claims reflect the exchange’s disclosures and should not be interpreted as an independently completed audit of the incident.

Binance said some requests could face processing delays as activity resumed. The company reiterated that it would absorb losses from the breach and release a full incident report after its investigation.

What users should check

Customers should confirm network-specific withdrawal availability inside their authenticated Binance account, confirm destination addresses carefully and avoid links circulated by impersonators during the recovery period. The phased reopening follows BlockBriefing’s earlier report on the 15-network recovery plan and its investigation into the security breach.
