Binance has announced another stage of cryptocurrency withdrawal restoration following its October security incident, expanding the list of eligible assets across nine blockchain networks while warning that individual withdrawal routes may not become available at the same time.
In Recovery Update #6 published on November 3, the exchange said the latest phase would begin at 04:00 UTC. The affected networks are
BNB market price and chart Smart Chain,
Ethereum market price and chart,
Solana market price and chart,
XRP market price and chart Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron and Base.
Binance emphasized that availability depends on security and readiness checks for each network-asset pair. The announcement therefore should not be interpreted as confirmation that withdrawals for all named assets are already functioning.
Ethereum, Solana and BNB Chain Included
The list covers numerous assets on major networks. On BNB Smart Chain, Binance named tokens including ADA, BTC, ETH, XRP, DOGE, LINK, SHIB, LTC, SOL and stablecoins such as FDUSD and TUSD. It also said withdrawals for bSTOCKS on that network would be opened.
Ethereum-listed routes include RLUSD, USD1, ENA, USDE, PENDLE, SHIB, LINK, ONDO and other tokens. Solana routes include assets such as RENDER, JUP, BONK, WIF, PYTH and PENGU.
The schedule also identifies RLUSD on the XRP Ledger, USDC and HAEDAL on Sui, selected assets on Arbitrum and Optimism, TUSD on Tron and several tokens on Base.
These are planned reopening combinations, not a blanket statement about every token supported by those networks. Customers should verify the exact asset and chain before attempting a transaction.
Withdrawal Restarts Remain Phased
Binance says deposits remain available and are not affected by this recovery stage. Withdrawals are being prioritized according to demand observed during the previous week, with services restored after checks are completed.
The exchange advised customers to consult the withdrawal interface or its network status page for current availability. Traffic could produce delays or longer processing times during the rollout.
Separately, an official Binance Square update listed several Ethereum and Solana routes as re-enabled, while indicating that further assets and networks would follow in stages.
That later notice gives more granular evidence than the initial reopening schedule, but it does not establish that every route on the full November 3 list is operational.
Recovery Follows Previous Security Disclosures
The latest update builds on the first withdrawal reopening announced for November 1. Earlier official statements described reserve replenishment, new wallet arrangements and proof-of-reserves verification following the security incident.
BlockBriefing previously reported the initial Bitcoin withdrawal restart and Binance’s reserve verification update. Today’s development concerns the expanded asset and network coverage rather than repeating those earlier milestones.
Binance again said it intends to bear the financial impact of stolen funds rather than pass the losses to users. That is a company commitment, not an independently audited assessment of its financial condition.
What Users Should Verify Before Withdrawing
Users should confirm the supported token-network combination, the displayed status, destination address and applicable fees. Selecting a chain that is not supported by the receiving wallet or service may cause funds to be lost.
The timeline for a complete restoration of withdrawal services has not been confirmed. Additional official announcements will be needed to establish when remaining routes are re-enabled.
For now, the verified news is a broader, progressive reopening across nine named networks, subject to individual technical checks and possible delays.
