Hyperscale Data reported holding 211.4639 Bitcoin market price and chart and approximately $34.1 million in cash and restricted cash as of November 1, as the company continues developing an artificial intelligence data center in Michigan.

The company’s November 3 announcement assigned a value of approximately $16.5 million to its Bitcoin using a closing price of $78,248 per coin. The combined reported value of Bitcoin, cash and restricted cash was approximately $50.6 million.

That total should not be interpreted as unrestricted liquidity or net assets. It includes restricted cash and does not deduct company liabilities.

Bitcoin Position Valued at $16.5 Million

Hyperscale’s 211.4639 BTC holding is a much smaller corporate treasury than those disclosed by large Bitcoin accumulation companies, but it remains a meaningful exposure for a business also funding data center development.

The $16.5 million valuation reflects the company’s reference price for November 1. It is not the acquisition cost of the coins or a guarantee of proceeds if they are sold in the future.

Bitcoin prices can change sharply, meaning the monetary value of the treasury can move independently of the number of coins held.

The company described a disciplined capital allocation approach, but the announcement did not provide a detailed reconciliation of every purchase, sale or cash movement during the period.

Cash and Restricted Cash Total $34.1 Million

The company’s $34.1 million cash figure includes amounts classified as restricted. Such funds may be subject to legal or contractual conditions that limit their immediate availability for ordinary spending.

For investors, this distinction matters when evaluating whether a company can finance construction, meet debt obligations or buy additional assets.

A combined figure covering cryptocurrencies and restricted resources is not directly comparable with a bank account balance that management can deploy without conditions.

Hyperscale did not disclose in the announcement exactly how much of the latest cash figure was restricted, so it would be inappropriate to treat all $34.1 million as immediately available.

Michigan AI Data Center Targets December Milestone

Hyperscale’s executive chairman said the company was making progress toward energizing its first 10 megawatts of critical IT capacity at a Michigan AI data center. The stated target is December 2026.

Energization is an infrastructure milestone, not proof that the site has begun generating commercial AI hosting revenue. Additional equipment deployment, connectivity, customer acceptance and other requirements may remain before the facility reaches normal operations.

The company linked the target to delivery under a previously announced master services agreement. The November update did not establish that all planned capacity has been built or commissioned.

Crypto Treasuries and Computing Infrastructure Converge

Hyperscale’s strategy brings together Bitcoin holdings and power-intensive computing infrastructure, two areas that other digital-asset companies also pursue.

BlockBriefing recently reported Cipher Digital’s first AI lease revenue and Strategy’s latest Bitcoin acquisition. Those businesses have different models, and their treasury and operational figures should not be compared without considering financing structures.

For Hyperscale, the next verifiable milestones are its December power target, any disclosed AI hosting revenue and updated information about unrestricted cash and Bitcoin holdings.

Until then, the November 3 announcement remains a snapshot of holdings and a forward-looking construction update, not confirmation that the planned data center is fully operational.
